Clean and Green Punjab Initiative: A Step Towards a Beautiful Environment

In line with Punjab's Clean and Green Vision, the Deputy Commissioner of Gujranwala recently visited City Park Wazirabad to check on the park’s condition and ensure its lawns and public facilities are well-maintained. This initiative is part of a larger plan to improve the environment across Punjab, keeping public spaces clean and green for everyone.

Partnership with The Parcham Foundation

The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by a team of municipal committee officials, including the Assistant Commissioner, municipal officers, and representatives from the Parcham Foundation, a group actively supporting Punjab’s cleanliness goals. The collaboration with community organizations like Parcham Foundation aims to raise public awareness and involve citizens in keeping their surroundings clean.

While speaking to the media during the visit, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized that making Punjab a cleaner province is a priority.
