Assistant Commissioner Visits Different Departments and Hospitals to Improve Tehsil Services


Assistant Commissioner visited key departments, hospitals, schools, and facilities in the tehsil, focusing on improving healthcare and public services. His efforts align with Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s governance initiative to ensure better services for the people.


Visits Of The Assistant Commissioner

Muhammad Naveed Haider, Assistant Commissioner, visited various departments in the tehsil to monitor the implementation of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s governance initiatives. During the visit, he inspected the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Basic Health Center Jehlum, Union Council Jehlum, Rural Health Center Mal Jehlum, and marriage halls. One marriage hall was fined 50,000 rupees. He also visited schools, including Chak Doni Chand Primary School, and praised the performance of the headmistress of Goraya Primary School. 


Chief Minister's Vision

He checked cleanliness in various areas and arrested a farmer for burning waste. Additionally, he visited the slaughterhouse. Providing quality healthcare to the general public is a top priority for Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and a key part of the Punjab government’s good governance initiative.


Instructions To The Staff

During his visit to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Naveed Haider interacted with the hospital staff and inquired about the care provided to patients. Patients shared that the medical services were excellent. He checked the cleanliness and encouraged the staff, directing Labor Inspector Luqman to improve cleanliness further. Such instructions and appreciation to the staff members always drive them to work diligently.

The Assistant Commissioner emphasized that serving patients is a form of worship and a great way to seek God's pleasure. He stated that all doctors and staff in the medical field have vast opportunities to serve humanity. He also noted that every patient visiting government hospitals deserves equal respect and care, without discrimination or recommendation, and should be provided with all possible facilities.
