Young Daughter of a Poor Laborer Abducted by a Woman, Forced into Marriage with Her Son

Girl Reporting To The Media

In a shocking incident in Wazirabad, a young girl from a poor laborer’s family was abducted, forced into a marriage, and subjected to horrific abuse. Now, after enduring unimaginable hardships, she is demanding justice.

The Actual Case

A poor laborer's young daughter was lured and abducted by a woman in Wazirabad - a city in Punjab, Pakistan, who then forced her to marry her son. The victim was subjected to violence after refusing to engage in immoral activities. According to the woman, her mother-in-law pressured her into having illegal relations and even forced her into immoral acts with non-related men. The woman managed to escape with great difficulty and filed a complaint. However, the police are reportedly pressuring her for a settlement rather than taking action.

Woman Demands Justice

The woman reached the press club, demanding action from the Punjab IG and Chief Minister. The accused individuals deny the allegations, claiming that the truth will come out after a proper investigation by the police.

Forced Marriage

During a press conference at the Wazirabad Press Club, Sandaas Bibi, a resident of Nizamabad, Sethan Mohalla, alleged that three years ago, her mother-in-law Nazia and Maqsood Member tricked and abducted her. Nazia forced her to marry her stepson, Taimoor. She claimed that Taimoor left her on the day of their marriage, after which Nazia confined her to the house. Nazia and her accomplices, Ali Hassan, Zabiullah, Imtiaz, Waheed, Asad, Kubra Bibi, and Naumi Aati, forced her into prostitution and illegal relations. She was also prevented from meeting her parents.

Assault and Oppression

Zabiullah allegedly assaulted her two days ago, even breaking her tooth. The woman said that after being abducted, forced into marriage, and subjected to immoral acts, she approached the police, but instead of taking action, they pushed for a compromise. She has now appealed to the Punjab IG and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for action against the culprits. Meanwhile, the police claim they haven’t received her complaint yet and will act upon it once it's filed. The accused, however, insist the allegations are baseless and that the issue is a domestic dispute being misrepresented. They believe the facts will come out after a police investigation.

Conclusion

This case highlights the urgent need for legal protection and swift action against such crimes. Authorities must ensure justice is served and provide safety for vulnerable individuals.
